GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES RESPONSIBLE FOR DIGITALIZATION REVIEWED ESTONIA’S EXPERIENCE


On October 8-12, 2018, Ministry of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with Regional Civil Service Hub arranged a training trip to Tallinn, Estonia, for sharing international best practices of ICT usage in Government. The delegation included the staffs of Presidential Administration, Prime Minister’s Office, Vice Ministers and Deputy Akims responsible for digitalization.

The training was conducted in e-Governance Academy (eGA).

The delegation familiarized with Estonia’s e-Government, namely with egov architecture, with X-road basic components, digital identification, electronic government cabinet, e-Taxes, e-Police, Industry 4.0, e-Health.

In addition, the delegates visited Estonian Government and Parliament, City Mayor’s Office, Ministries of: Foreign Affairs, Economy and Infrastructure, Health, Finance, Social Welfare.
